The reason that I decided to get involved with making FATTITUDE was because it was right up my alley and certainly about time too. I have been claiming for years that you don't have to be a Barbie size to be fit, and I can prove it. I spend my days running around like a 'blue arse fly' (and a rather large one too at a size 24!!) In my busy life I am the founder and run Big Girls Paradise night clubs for big girls and then men who adore them definitely a place where you really can have your cake and eat it and no one would bat a false eyelash!

I had an email from Vicki asking if I was interested in making a video with fat birds for fat birds - the mind boggled but I just had to find out more. so I agreed to meet with Vicki, we met in a dodgy hotel in Bournemouth which was a bit like Faulty Towers. We had a chat, got on like a house on fire and decided that we could have a real scream and working together would be just what the doctor ordered this video just had to be made.

We went shopping, had some lunch and then about a week later I received my sample CD in the post of the exercise routine... well I just fell about it was like a comedy there was Vicki and Louise in her living room with the dog running in and out with various objects in its mouth - I remember thinking Oh my God what have I let myself in for these are two crazy chicks, but I love a challenge and the rest is history.

Every week for about 4 months Vicki and Cat drove down to Bournemouth to my house where we rehearsed our steps, usually hung over and laughing hysterically, but it was great fun and as the weeks went on our fitness level got better and better, we thought is was a piece of cake until the rehearsal weekend - a ruthless 9 hours per day exercising continuously for a whole weekend we were knackered - but we did it.

Then when it came to filming we knew what we were in for and totally prepared - Lights camera action we had a blast I loved ever minute of it and I can't wait to get started on FATTITUDE 2 or even FATTITUDE The Movie!! If you have never bought an exercise video before buy this one it is real people with real FATTITUDE sweat and tears, (there were even a few of those) but Vicki, Julie and I proved that you can be fat and fit! and...
