What's causing Obesity in our nation? 2 Years ago Karma: 0  
Historically obese people were thoughtto be extremely affluent - they were
bigger than everyone else because
they could afford more food to eat.

These days I believe we must look at
many difference causes and one of the
main causes must be Influence - by this
I mean we are influenced to (a) interfer
with our diet in the first place by
adopting poor eating habits forced on
us by so-called 'diet clubs' and (b)
we are influenced by the raft of
advertising constantly surrounding
us alledging an enhanced lifestyle if
we will eat certain products, wear certain
clothes and behave in a certain way.
