I am making a programme with ITV 1 featuring Ann Widdecombe looking at our diet industry.

We are looking for people who have lost weight with commercial diets and
once ending the diet the weight has piled back on. This is for a one day
campaign in order to bring attention to the public that in the long
term, for the majority of people, diets don't work!

We will be filming as a group, with Ann Widdecombe, travelling to a
couple of locations together and sharing stories and experiences
en-route to making our point loud and clear.

ITV Granada are producing a prime time documentary for ITV1 about the diet industry with Ann Widdecombe. We want to meet as many people as possible that have lost weight with diets and have then put it back on and can talk to us about their experiences.



Ann will be going on the soap box at speakers corner to meet with as many yo yo dieters and ex-slimmers as possible to talk about the problems with restricted dieting. The filming for this will take place in London on Monday 31st March 2008 from 12pm until 2.30pm. It shall be an interesting and fun day and we would like to gather as many people as possible and hear as many stories from the public.
