spent a manic day yesterday chasing my own tale (sic) round london whilst visiting gmtv, sky news and channel 5 and bizarrely doing an interview for independent radio over the phone whilst standing in the park!

obesity is back in our jeans - oops,, sorry I meant to say genes!
