FATTITUDE isn't about calories and weight loss.

The Fattitude GirlsSometimes, simply moving round a little bit more, taking that walk in the park, playing in the garden with the kids, joining Julie, Linda and Vicki in the FATTITUDE routines, will result in weight loss, but FATTITUDE is not concerned with vanity or external appearances. FATTITUDE aims to help you focus on what's happening under your skin - with your joints, muscles, limbs, hearts and lungs.

FATTITUDE is about helping you achieve a new healthier and fitter lifestyle. Remember, it's been designed by an expert specially for people who are overweight, the routines and exercises are all tried and tested by Julie, Linda and Vicki - we're sure you can do it too. Whatever your current level of fitness or confidence, FATTITUDE is for YOU!

Yes it will take time, but with everyday you commit to improving your fitness and health you're making a positive difference to your life.

The Fattitude GirlsIn addition to the workout routines shown in the dvd there are four special sections where experts offer you advice on how you can achieve your goals.

There's a section on nutrition which tells you about foods that give you energy and foods that can help you have a healthier heart. If we are more aware of the foods we eat, then our goals will be very much closer.

There's a section on keeping motivated which gives you some great tips on reaching your long term goals.

There's a section on the medical aspects of keeping fit where Dr Mike Smith explains how important overall fitness is no matter what your weight, size and shape is.

And there's a section where Louise Muir, the FATTITUDE fitness expert, explains how working on this project made such a difference to her and to Vicki.
